User Agreement

Welcome to ForexScan ("we", "our", or "the App"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you and ForexScan governing your access to and use of the ForexScan mobile application and the related website (collectively, the "Services"). By installing, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use ForexScan. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

3. Market Data and Informational Use Only

All quotes, prices, charts, indicators, news, and analysis provided through ForexScan are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not investment advice, a recommendation, an offer, or a solicitation to buy or sell any currency, security, or other financial instrument.

• Prices are aggregated from third-party sources and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
• You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
• Past performance is not indicative of future results. Forex trading involves substantial risk and may not be suitable for all investors.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App;
• Use the Services to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the Services without our written permission;
• Use the Services to develop a competing product.

5. Accounts and Security

If a feature requires an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by ForexScan or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in this Agreement transfers any ownership rights to you.

7. Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or rely on third-party data providers, exchanges, or platforms. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, availability, or policies of any third party.

8. App Permissions and Advertising Identifier

The ForexScan Android app requests only the minimum permissions required to operate:

• INTERNET (android.permission.INTERNET) — used to fetch real-time forex quotes, market data, charts, and software updates.
• AD_ID (com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID) — allows the App to read the Android Advertising ID (GAID). The identifier is used solely by our attribution SDK (AppsFlyer) to measure marketing-campaign effectiveness and detect install fraud; it is not used to build advertising profiles. You may reset or limit this identifier at any time via Settings → Privacy → Ads on your Android device.

By installing or using the App, you acknowledge and consent to the use of these permissions for the purposes described above and in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT QUOTES WILL BE ACCURATE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOREXSCAN AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING TRADING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of this Agreement. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the App.

12. Changes to the Agreement

We may modify this Agreement from time to time. Updates take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to ForexScan's principal place of operation, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
